CROSSCUTTING CYLINDERS

Crosscutting and perforating cylinders manufactured from special steel with through-hardened lateral bearers, suitable for all label stamping machines with a rotary cutting unit.

The blade seats are precision milled with extremely high precision subdivisions for the perfect stacking of the forms coming off the machine.

The practical and reliable blade fixing system features clamping bars and counter clamps.

The cutting and perforating blades are available in the commonly used tooth depths.


SLITTING CYLINDERS Very high precision extremely durable longitudinal cutting cylinders.

It is possible to install kiss-cutting rings, through-cutting rings, perforating rings and punching rings for perforated bands, which can all be positioned extremely precisely on the body of the cylinder.

It is possible to construct special rings for particular working processes according to the customer's design.

It is possible to carry out the back cutting of the liner, whilst the cut material is eliminated simply through the recovery of the off-cuts.

Suitable for converting all self-adhesive and non-adhesive materials.
